Beef Shank Bones/Osso Buco Approx 1lb

The beef shank is from the leg portion of our grass fed cows. While not the best choice for the grill, they are perfect for braising.  The long cooking process makes this steak very tender and enjoyable.  All of our shanks are over a pound in weight each.

These shanks are delivered vacuum packed and frozen to preserve their tender goodness.
